History
On January 16, 2025, Taylor J's episode premiered on KARE 11's website, YouTube channel, and streaming platform, KARE 11+.
On January 14, 2025, Rheesa's episode premiered on KARE 11's website, YouTube channel, and streaming platform, KARE 11+.
On January 6, 2025, Tae Supreme's episode premiered on KARE 11's website, YouTube channel, and streaming platform, KARE 11+.
On November 12, 2024, three episodes of The Show with Kiya were recorded at KARE 11 studios in Golden Valley. Tae Supreme returned to the show, and music artists Rheesa and Taylor J made their debut. Dancers Alan Mure and Peace Madimutsa joined Rheesa on stage.
On July 6, 2024, The Show with Kiya premiered on KARE 11's website, YouTube channel, and streaming platform, KARE 11+, featuring Treyson Green.
On March 21, 2024, the first episode of The Show with Kiya was recorded at KARE 11 studios in Golden Valley. Treyson Green of Water Wave TV was the first official guest and creatives DJ Low and Gora Ireke joined for his performance.
In June 2023, show creator, host, and executive producer Kiya Edwards secured an agreement with KARE 11 News to produce and broadcast the show, renaming it The Show with Kiya.
On Nov. 26, 2022, After Math TV generously recorded the Kiya the Show pilot at Forgotten Star Brewing in Fridley. National touring music artist Tae Supreme was the guest, and JTC Beats joined for his performance.
